I’m excited to bring to you online live streaming of classes which many of you enjoyed through the pandemic.

Our physical and mental health was something we were all concerned would be effected along side our jobs. Having access to the classes, after receiving lots of feedback was something that helped us all keep going through these strange times.

The site will bring to you workouts available to do live with me or in your own time, access to a video library to log on and you choose your type or time you have available to workout.

It’s important in our fitness to have both cardio and resistance activities to achieve the maximum benefits.

My online site is bringing to you, in the comfort of your own home or exercise space a variety of up to 20 classes a month for only £13.99/month which is only 69p per class.

The classes will vary from low impact body conditioning to High intensity classes for the more advance participants, time related classes for a quick burst to fit in with your busy days if childcare or work commitments limit your time to exercise. Longer duration classes to maximize a full body workout. Core and mobility workouts to help improve your movement and strengthen your tummy to help you exercise better and for longer periods with out injury.

Tasha’s Twenty
HIIT Fully Body Blast - High intensity, Low in Time 20 mins 

Core Blast
20 minutes focusing on your core, to tighten and condition.

Core Control and Mobility
30 minutes to help you improve your movement and improve the strength from your core to help maximize your output from other workouts. 

Low Impact Body Conditioning
A 45 minute class for everyone. Challenging all the body with mix of cardio and resistance exercises.
